We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check and Money Order. Please send your checks and money orders to The Fleece Stop at 18946 North Bay Lane, Pine City, MN 55063. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers.
Offline Ordering
We accept mail in orders. You may print your cart information and then mail in a check or money order to The Fleece Stop at 26708 Co Rd 10, Starbuck, MN 56381.
Shipping Rates and Procedures
At The Fleece Stop, we know that you, the customer, is our business and our best advertising, so we strive to make you happy! One of the ways we do that is by trying to be very punctual getting orders sent out. Most items will be shipped from our location within 3 business days of order receipt.
We also know that customers like choices so you may choose between UPS and Postal Service (USPS) delivery. Keep in mind that postal service delivery, while sometimes less expensive, generally takes longer to arrive. At this time, only UPS service is available internationally. Their international service is traceable and reliable.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement
The Fleece Stop warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship.
We reserve the right to deny embroidery services if the requested embroidery is offensive in nature.
Return Policy
In regard to returns, we will accept returns of items with flawed or incorrect workmanship, blemishes, or delivery damage. In this case we will refund the return postage. We will not accept returns for merchandise with incorrect embroidery if the customer gave us inaccurate information. Do keep in mind that slight color variations in designs may occur from what you see because all computers show colors differently. Colors may also vary slightly by the designer to more closely coordinate with the blanket. If you are unsure of a color, please email us at customerservice@thefleecestop.com for clarification.
